Hi Sir/Madam,

On Saturday May 05 I went to watch a movie with my brother in Cinemax Hall, Infinity Mall, Malad West. When we reached there we were asked to shell out Rs.240 rupees in addition to the ticket amount that we paid. The addition amount was in lieu for 3D glasses that the movie required of which 200 was returned. What was unauthorized was that I was not informed in advance that the extra money will be deducted for the 3D glasses. Neither was any receipt provided for the same. That means all the money collected for the service tax by the Cinemax guys will not be taxed. All this service tax is being collected in an underhand manner. They could very well collect the service tax along with the ticket charges. There is no need to harass the customer in such a dishonesty.
