Mayajaal cinemas
Money debited from my account ticket not booked

HI,

I tried booking 2 tickets in mayajaal cinema in ECR for seats 11 and 12 for the nanban movie in mayajaal for about Rs. 280 and also for a food purchase of about 80 so totally 360 but at the end the amount got debited but the tickets didn't get booked. I tried calling their support no. 27472860/65 but they didn't pick the call. Tried to mail them still no response. Very poor service. Let me see if registering a compliant here helps me or not...
