I placed an order with Bag It Today on 18 January. However i have not received the goods i ordered yet. I have called the customer care 4-5 times and every time i was assured that the order be dispatched within 2-3 days and will be delivered within a week. In addition, when i asked one of the customer care executive about the phone number/ email id where i can lodge a complain, i was told that she is not aware of any such number or email id Bag It Today is providing.
I have written emails also to the customer id provided in the order confirmation email but i have got no response on the emails i have written.
My constant follow up with no response from your side has shown the quality of the service delivery.
I feel like i have been cheated and they are fraud.
