After inquiry, negotiation, offers we ordered several scarfs at Sanmee Fashion in Mumbai, India. We got an invoice by email with an excel - file. We payed the amount fully in (about 660 USD) by TT. The shipment was advised by 25.12.2011. After one month we did not received the goods. After complaining, Ms. Meenakshi Monga, the Owner of the Company, explained at the phone, that not all goods are ready from production and that we should wait until they are finished or take some different designs. We got some new pictures of "available" designs and selected the once we liked and where said that they are in stock. Ms. Meenakshi Monga promised to ship a.s.a.p. After further three weeks we still had not received goods. After inquiry Ms. Meenakshi Monga explained that she has to find a cheap carrier, she promised to find one the same week and promised to finally ship the goods. Until today we have not received the goods. Ms. Meenakshi Monga did not answers on the phone or by email. We have send complains about this company to several instituts around the world. We will warn everybody to buy at Sanmee Fashion in Mumbai, India.
