No update or status on my order!!

Hi,

I had placed my order on 7th July.

The order no. is 002706.

The description of the order is Guess watch model No: W13563L1 ladies watches - Color: White W13563L1.

Since then i haven't received any update about my order being shipped or out for delivery etc.

Though i have opted for standard Blue Dart shipping method, its already been 14 days since the time of purchase.

All calls to the customer care number has been unanswered.

Would reuest you to please update me on the status of my order and when shall i receive the same.
