Defective shoes

I, purchased one pair of Adidas Shoes from CSD (Canteen Store Department), Army from Ranikhet (UK) in last month. Within a week a realized that the shoes have got some manufacturing defect which leads to pain and was uncomfortable to use. It is surprising that World's No 1 Company has got such defective products and it is really shocking because I am using Adidas Shoes since last 15 years and this is the fist time I encountered with such problem. Shoes details are as under :-
