Denying to repair my Bag though it is in Warranty period

Dear Sir,

I bought a fastrack bag from Westside, Korum Mall, Thane. Within months of using, the bag tore near the handle because of a defective stitching. Though, it is in warranty period, when reported to the store on 4th of Feb, they strongly denied to provide any assistance or help from their side. Please help me on this
