Defect in Shoe

Hi,

I want to log a complaint against INMARK, Koramangala (next to Raheja Archade). I bought a belly shoe from them on 10th Jun for Rs, 699 and wored for the first day and It's sole came out. I went their and I made a complaint on the quality of shoe, they said it may be with this shoe piece only and you can take another pair of the shoe but since my show size was not available, they gave me credit note so that I can come next time and get another pair of shoe. They also said they will give me a call when my shoe size stock will arrive.

I kept waiting for 2 weeks, they never called me then I went their and the size was available, I picked the pair and came back happily. Again, I wore the shoe for the first and Its sole came out. I want to file a complaint against the quality of shoe that they have which don't last even for one day. Just imagine spending Rs 700 and it doesn't work even for one day.

I request you to please do a quality check on their products.
