I have purchased several clothing items from KASHMIR ART EMPORIUM, R N BAZAR (Opp. JAINWAY'S) JAMMU-180001 (J&K) on date 24/1 worth Rs.15000 and paid in cash. Retail Invoice no. are 26537 & 26540.
In those items suddenly i saw a saree was defected. So I contacted the kashmir art emporium Jammu on telephone no.0191 2577228 from Delhi but they are not responding to my complaint.
Kindly suggest me so my problem can be solved
