The company supplied us with a SpineKare Mattress worth Rs 2- for 2 Single beds. Both the beds were faulty and after many followups we were able to get them to come and take a look at the beds during December. They replaced both. Both these are again worse and we have been trying to get somebody from the company to address our grievance. Both of us are old and are unable to bear the pain of having to sleep on the deficient mattresses every night.
