Dear Sir,

I had placed an order for item No 3266, Ocean Plain Bathrobe - Pink: Free Size from www.ladyblush.com on 23 Jun 12, vide order No 100009461. While the website promised to deliver the item within five days, the product was not delivered and there was no communication from the firm till I asked for the details on 29 Jun 12. I was in formed that the product would be shipped by 02 Jul 12. However even as on 03 Jul 12.
