Hi,

This is with references to Nallis which is there in South Ex part 1 Delhi. We are regular customers of nallis but are very annoyed and disappointed with behavior of the staff in nallis mainly S.Ramesh who is the manager, and their two designers akansha and Nimmi who sit in the basement of the readymade section in nallis (the names are I hope true as given by Nalli reception).

We had purchased a stitched kurta from nallis and when I gave it for alteration it got misplaced with Nalli people and I had to wait for 2 hours while they were finding it and ultimately declared they had misplaced. We had the churidar with us since only kurta was with them for the alteration. Later to get their churidar back they called us again and again by misleading us that they had got the kurta which was a false claim by nalli guys. When we went to collect it, I, my mom had to face an ordeal. The manager told us to leave the shop as we were standing their and pointing their mistake. The designers told my mom rudely that since my mom can’t afford the churidar so she will pay on her behalf which was insulting. The manager and the designers pointed fingers at us and started talking at top of their voices.

So it was very shocking experience for us and I hope the management takes care of it so that No one else has to face the same situation as we did.
