Fake shoes

Dear Sir;

On 29/0212 i have bought a pair of adida shoes serial no.803816798100 from INSTYLE SHOES 1-C-1/12 (OPP.BATA CLUB) BATA HARDWARE ROAD, FARIDABAD. We i talk with the owner of the shop he refuse to take them back and said that shoes were Chinese one. So please suggest me what to do.???
