I Sahil Arora have purchased one pair of adidas sports shoes of rs. 2299 model no ADI ULTRA L40280. But after 20 days some wrinkles appeared on tip of both shoes. So aftr that i complaint on [email protected]. They asked me send them photos of shoes showing defect. I did as they said. Afterr this they asked me the bill. So i mailed them the bill of my shoes. But after that they are not responding to my mail. I have messaged them many times but no response from their side. And thry are not picking up the customer complaint number. Please do something.
