My mother bought a sari from apsara sarees showroom in chandni chowk on 14th march, for which they asked to leave the sari for a week to give it a finish look. and whwn i went on 22nd march to collect it and came back the work wasn't done. And when i callled them back to tell this they said that we have to come once again and leave the sari for another 3-4days and re-collect it. I told them to send their employee because it was their fault they said we can't do so.
As i m staying in green park it is difficult for me and my mother to travel again and again to that place. i would request you to take a strict action against them, because i have faced many problem because of them and it is a very reputed firm and also have many branches in delhi.
