Keyboard Keys Functioning

I bought this laptop from Dubai. The Keyboard keys are not functioning properly. Instead of @ On pressing Shift 2 the outcome is ". The same happens when I press Shift ' the outcome is @ instead of ". It would be very nice if my problem is sorted out at the earliest.
