To big tv

some days before morning when I switched ON the receiver, I Got "First setup" screen and I pressed OK.Signal Quality is shown as "good". But, STB Failed to find any channels and showed "Type (2) Error". Now, I call the big tv customer care they said within 48 will solve they said but after 1 week also still not solved

my smart card no 200613007989 complaint no 126623102

so kindly let me know what Type (2) Error and the solution of it
