MY NAME IS SUJAY DAMODAR PRABHU

Received your SMS on my mobile number 8007214545 on 8th February stating that the claim is settled and cheque of Rs.43875/- is sent to ICICI BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER 000501608624 but till today money has not been credited to my aforesaid bank account

Please do the needful as early as possible.
