I am Pankaj Kuchaliya. I had worked with "COLORFUL VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED" for their website designing (Full Dynamic Website). Website is www.mytravelprice.com. I had started the work after their approval with some amount of token money.
Approval given by ALOK (Owner) and UDAI Singh (designer). I continuous discussed with them and asked their requirement.they said when i will complete the project they will pay the balance amount. after the successful completion of work they did not pay the amout. and ALOK and UDAI deny to pay the balance amount. Near about 30k payment they did not pay. can consumer forum will help me about it. or should i file a case against ALOK and UDAI Singh.
Now i am thinking what they do with their customer. i think they are fraud only.
