My laptop in the warranty and in the service center there is motherbord issu but they say the CT no. of motherboard is not matched so they can not repair my laptop. I don't understand why the ct number of my laptop is missmatched, because i give my laptop only otherised RT service center (Jalandhar) 3 or 4 times when some problems is comes in laptop. The present motherboard is also of HP company and indecatind to the another machine. I also complain in coustomer care but they does not give me any response regarding it. The complain no is case ID 4625376396.I am in very tension from last 15 day regarding this issu. I don't understand what i do so plese solve this issu.
