Under warrenty

I have purchased my dell studio from care dell exclusive store ahmedabad.when i purchased then they were told me that my laptop will be under warrenty for one year. ihave the tax invoice of this product.and now i have a problem with my laptop the problem is that its disply is not working properly it is blinking when it is running .but when i go to the dell service center then the people is not accepting that my laptop is under warrenty and they refuse my application for repairing my laptop display.
