i have purchased my dell laptop on 27/11 after 5 months my laptop doesn't work properly i contact the technical support of the dell team they formatted my laptop but till now it is not working properly. They have formatted it on 27/4 from 11:00 am to 12:30pm and on 28/04 from 09:00am to 12:00am but till now they are not able to solve my problem. They have formatted my ms office, dell stage win zip. I have buy all these product. I want my laptop to get corrected by today itself otherwise i will take strict action against yours technical team. my contact no. is 9424486011, 0755-2462911. i want my laptop in that condition as it was when i have purchased it . my laptop is in warranty period so please change it as the problem is created by your technicians.
