Monitor not working properly

My monitor is not working properly. its graphic controls not working they appear and go frequently i lodged many complaints at smartcalin.ibm.com but all went to deaf ears. Now after a lot of search i got your complaint box and sending the complaint with a hope that you will pay attention to this complaint and help me.

I purchased a "Think Center" of IBM in august
