Gape in the above web cam

Sir, there is gape in top surface in the display (monitor) that is above webcamer, so that more dust are go inside to damaged my led monitor.

then my OS is windows7 that is 64 bit i need only 32 bit because many more software not support in my system like anasys, pro-e, catia, ceaser, so that ineed to clear these problem.
