I extended the warranty on the Dell laptop computer in August. The money has been collected by dell and till date Dell system does not show extension of warranty. Contacting Dell to fix the laptop has become a nightmare as the technical website does not work. The telephone contact details also do not work and this is the most frustrating experience. Dell after sales service is extremely poor. They do not even give a email id wherein one can log and send a complaint. Can anyone help on this subject.
