As looked Dell company has international goodwill & product quality 3 day back I have purchased One Inspiron 1564 blue color Laptop (Service Tag 1Y385BS) from my regular IT support Dealer M/s Arihant Computer New Delhi.
My and your badlack from first day of purchase I facing one problem to its "Web cam not working". I contacted your technical support no 18004258045, 18004254026 they had suggested to visit Dell service Center (Lajpat Nagar Delhi) for solution of the problem, for the same Yesterday I went to your Service center (Lajpat Nagar), Your Engineer received my laptop for replacement of web Cam, I was very Shocked that my 3 day back purchased laptop will open for part replacement, its means this quality issue if within 3 days of purchase, it need part replacement, then what will happen in 1 year of warranty and after one year...???
I request to you as it is DOA case, and it got failed within 3 dyas so I m not interested in your product so pl refund my money, either provide me new unit as replacement.
