I had booked two Dell Inspiron machines 580 on 22nd May and the entire payment was made instantly. I was promised delivery of both systems in 7-10 days. The system was not delivered till 5th June and when it was delivered it turned out to be nightmare as the brand new Dell factory sealed system did not worked for a moment.
Dell offered me to change the parts and only upon my refusal the Dell agreed to replace the system. The systemwas collected and till date i.e 28th June i.e 36 days have passed In have not received the system except the false promises from Dell.
As regards another system I had cancelled the order for both the systems but it was brought to my office on 10th June and on the assurances of Dell I accepted the same.
The installation person refuses to give any detail except installation of the system.
I will definitely take the matter to consumer court for definceincy of service and also for substandard product.
Never take Dell products.
