Attery charge

My service tag no. is JK6M3BS, its charger is not working since 16/7, i tried calling dell all day long but was not able to connect to your technical support it kept saying, all our executives are currently busy, it kept me on phone for around 4 hours but still i didn't got any answer. Same case happened on 17 july and on 18 it said it is closed, and when i finally was able to connect on 19 i.e. monday they said your waaranty has expired on 16 july, however i recieved the laptop on 22/7, please get my charger replaced as i have been trying to complaint from 16 but was not able to connect beacouse of poor services of your customer care. i request you to get my battery charger replaced.
