SUB: DISPLAY PROBLEM IN LAPTOP (INSPIRON N5010)

I JASJEET SINGH RESIDENT OF SD-116, TOWER APPTS., PITAMPURA DELHI, IS HAVING A DELL LAPTOP, INSPIRON N5010, SERVICE TAG NO. J7MT5BS (PURCHASED ON 30-5). THE LAPTOP IS CAUSING MANY PROBLEMS LIKE MANY TIMES THE DISPLAY DOESNT WORKS AND I've CHECKED THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE LCD SCREEN AND SOME OF THE BUTTONS ARE NOT WORKING, I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, SIR I FEEL I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING THE LAPTOP OF DELL & I SHOULD HAVE GONE FOR SONY OR HP. SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REPAIR THE LAPTOP OR ELSE COLLECT THE LAPTOP & RETURN THE MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
