We had placed an order for a studio laptop from Dell India Pvt Ltd.(Bandra) on 11/07 which was supposed to be due on 30/07.After lot of pursuance, it was finally delivered almost a month and a half later. Along with the laptop I was supposed 2 get a Bluetooth headset which was not delivered along with the laptop due to some shortage of the device and was promised to be delivered within a month. However, its been past 2 months and I have not yet received the same even after repeated reminders.

Moreover, I have been receiving vague replies from the office and the executives.. Particularly Mr. Dilip Rajak who had placed my order has dealt with the matter very precariously. When asked about the order status, they also had the audacity to slam the phone down without giving a proper reply.

With your kind follow up of the matter I hope to receive my blue tooth as soon as possible.
