Purchased dell LCD monitor 19" from local vendor. Dell provides 3 years of warranty on this product. When I contacted vendor with complaint he said Dell provides onsite support, call dell toll free number. I tried Dell customer support, they asked for Order number. I gave order number which appears on the box. The reply from dell was this order number does not exist and we cannot provide service. Any pointer? what I should do now.
