Cd drive

I ve bought my dell inspiron 1545 in june 2009. it is not recognising cd drive, bluetooth and orher drivers. if i insert driver cd its not taking up the software. And even the cd drive is disappearing and reappearin on my computer window. i ve tried to caal dell customer care, the first time they said they' re busy and next its says the no doesn't exist. tell me hw to reach tecnical support division.pls
