My name is Ankit Verma I have purchased a laptop of DELL (XPS) Model No. L501.
From the very first day right click is not working, face recognition, web cam problem even there is big problem in opening my laptop. As i got my laptop and i am facing the problem from my first start. Even more i applied for carry bag and gave them extra amount and they lost my Bag.
I fed up with DELL. I complaint but don't get the favorable response. I paid a good amount of money and by profession, I am a student. I want my money back or they should replace my laptop.
