I got really frustrated by the poor services and manufacturing of the product I got from the Company Dell. On 20th April my laptop's motherboard has been replaced with the new one alongwith 4 other parts, and I got the faulty motherboard and now they are saying that they are going to replace the motherboard again. I bought the laptop in february last year and now only one year has been passed and almost every part of laptop has been replaced atleast once, only motherboard has been replaced 5 times. This is really very-very bad manufacturing and is really not acceptable from such a big and esteemed company. So, I hope that I will get some help from here and I will feel that the money I spent is worth.
