I don't know if it was my badluck that my laptop stopped booting or it was because i was having a Dell Studio 1558. I have been calling Dell support since past 3 days. And all they do is transfer me to n no. of people and then they disconnect the call knowing that when i would call again the same person would not pick the call. they're pretty smart. But is this Fair??? 3 days, laptop not working, so many calls to them, wasted hundreds of rupeees on just these STD calls and laptop is still under warrenty. They can't even send a technician over to my place and fix up the Issue.. This is in protest to DELL SUPPORT, that i won't be sitting silent. And this is jus tthe beginning..
