Problem - DVD player, Touch Pad Not Working Correctly...

I taken a Laptop on 23-12-10 delivered on 1-1-11,

I got problem with Hardware's like DVD specially & Touch pad on 05-02 10:44:27...

i objection replacing of DVD of assembly DVD part boz of not working...

&1) again i got same problem on that Hardware's specially DVD & Touch Pad on 26-5-11...

2) Max Heat is coming...

Please arrange to replace the defect Parts as soon as possible...
