Hi,
I have purchased a new INSPIRON 15 R Laptop from Dell, after the delivery I found that Laptop is slow in performance and top pannel is damaged... I have logged a request with Dell to check the same and found that Hard Disk Drive is corruput and having Bad Sectors.
I have reported the same issue to dell and asked them to replace the laptop. They have provided me the Service Request Number and told that it will be replaced in a month.
Almost 2 months has passed but I have not received any call back from DELL regarding the replacement. Even after multiple followups I have not got proper answer from DELL Support team, they just forward MY calls into different departments and waisted my time.
I am fealing like cheated after purchasing the dell laptop, please help me in resolution of the issue.
