I had bought a laptop last year and now my laptop is well within the warranty period. Now I am having a problem with the in-built web-cam of the laptop. I tried to call the service center and for once they took remote of my system, performed all the necessary checks that they require and later on it was found that the problem was not a software problem rather it was a hardware problem. Then after 5 minutes they disconnected the phone. After this incident whenevver I tried to call DELL service center (for the subsequent 3-4 days I did) they disconnect the phone. This is really irritating on a consumer's side as it feels that I have been betrayed by the company's service center. Kindly suggest.
