I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 laptop around 1 and half month back from a dealer in Gurgaon which includes Complete Cover warranty. After using it for 15 days i found there was some manufecturing problems with laptop like internal speakers, palm rest and LCD screen. I contacted Dell India technical support via phone and explained all the issues. Support guy assured me that my laptop unit will be replaced and it will take 25-30 days. Around 20 days back i recieved an email from dell system replacement team with 2 documents which i need to scan, sign and send them back hard copy and soft copy. I did the same but its been a month now and i have not recieved any call or mail from Dell India support. I called dell support many times and replied emails several times but no positive response.
Kindly look into the matter and let me know what i can do further in order to resolve the matter.
