Dell inspiron n 5030
After several reminder my problem has not solved

I had purchase my dell inspiron n 5030 laptop from krishna agencies patna on 07-12. my cash memo number is R02061/10-11.

from 07-12 i am calling to dell because my laptop not work properly it select multiple file without any command, automatically shut down without any command, show error message and shut down etc . after several reminder dell replace my system but new laptop also contain same complaint . i seriously feel big mistake to purchase dell laptop.

so i request to consider my complaint regarding the same. please refund my money or send other model of dell laptop, i will pay extra money of other model if required. In any case i can't accept same model.
