ENDORASOFT SOLUTIONS is a fake company..Company CEO Mr. Ashish Lamba is a FRAUD person..
He takes money from the freshers for training as refundable amount, And also gives assurance of job..
After receiving money, He does not return this money and fires the employee without any reason..If anybody asks the reason, He raises the issue of under performance..
I am submitting this complain because I don't want anybody to suffer like this.. As this is the very crucial time to make a career, freshers go to such type of companies and suffer alot..
So, I would suggest all of you not to go to that company as they don’t have any projects and it would be totally a waste of time and money..They even don't have money to give salaries to their employees..
Only 2-3 employees at maximum they have, in which one is the HR of this company Mr. Prasant Priyadarshi. He is a pet of Mr. Ashish Lamba and behaves like a dog of him..He is in this company only because he is not able to get a job anywhere. He has no skills.)
Ashish Lamba is a fake person and has been fired from his previous companies like Fidelity and Seasia consulting..Some employees of this company have filed a fraud case against him..
