Etechies collected my laptop stating authorised service providers of sony, the display was not there and it happened overnight. Every thing else was functional as the site engineer collected saying it a motherboard issue. when i got it back some keys were not working and the etechies are not ready to listen to it,
At the time of picking these were sounding very professional but not actually after they collected the device.
There was a delay in delivery
there was a delay in updating the customer about the problem.
there was no problem in the motherboard (as suggested by site engineer), they told me it was working well when the motherboard was cleaned and fixed back.
Not ready to provide solution to my problem where my laptop is just 1.5 years old
