I want to inform you all of my friends... that the company Fable Technologies is a very small level company running in a small area or single room having only six employee there... all are working on risk... i want to tell that company make her own rule regarding salary...
as example... one important employee has been terminated by company before two day of salary day.. the reason which employer has given to him is that, work is not up to the mark, and employee behavior was bad (all wrong actually company have searching other alternate in lower salary).
but these all thing are wrong because that employee was very loyal to the company doing and interacting in all the activities of company since last two year (on starting).
under termination company make a special rule for this employee regarding salary. company never want to pay, company have to pay near about 23000 to him but company give a special rule and eat all salary.
so take care about salary... about this company...
