My Hitachi hard disk is not working properly.my hitachi hard disk detail as follows:

Rated:5v 360ma.12v 670ma
SATA: 3.0Gb/s
RPM:7200 RPM.
I FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM FROM SIXTH MONTH.EVEN DEALER MAKE CHARGE EVERYTIME.I TRIED EVERYTHING BY USING DFT Tool of Hitachi, but the problem still arises. MY ALL COSTLY DATA HAS BEEN CORRUPTED DUE TO THIS PROBLEM.I FINALLY SEND IT TO REPLACE BUT NO RESPONSE YET COME FROM HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE.WHEN I ASKED FOR DEALER THEY SAID COMPANY TAKE 50 DAYS TIME FOR REPLACING.BUT I THINK IBM IS REPUTATIVE COMPANY IF THEY TAKE LOT OF TIME WHAT THE CUSTOMER CAN DO?
I PURCHASED IT FROM G.X TECHNOLOGY, SANJAY PLACE, AGRA.
EVEN DEALER SAID THE COMPANY REPLACE HARD DISK WHEN IT SEND 2 - 3 TIME.IT MEANS I HAVE TO WAIT 5 MONTH APPROX.WHAT THE HELL IT IS?
PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.IALREADY SEND A HARD DISK FOR REPLACEMENT.
NOTE DFT TEST IS ALSO FAIL & UNABLE TO CONTINUE DUE TO DEFECTIVE HARD DISK.THE PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD AS COMPARE TO SEAGATE HARD DISK.MY ALL VALUABLE DATA IS CORRUPTED.
PLEASE REFER MY PROBLEM
