WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE

Purchased HP desktop which is not operational since from purchase (almost 5 weeks). Engineer visited after several follow up and concluded to replace power supply unit after 15 days of complaint loging to HP support. Then even after so many mails and calls no responce and even nobody is answering the complaint status. At last received a quotation after 35 days and again with a delivery condition of one week after order. Desktop is under warranty so no question of buying the spares but again further no any responce from HP. Even surprised to see such kind of slow responce from the fortune 500 company like HP. If they are not able to supply the spares even after 5 to 6 weeks then why they are selling the systems in market. Till date system is down

This is worst experience in my life and recommand others to take a note of the same before buying any HP product.
