I have new purchased printer HP laser-jet 400 color M451nw. the product cartridge is not available from HP. i raised numbers calls and complaints but there is no positive reply from hp desk.i kept the printer idle for the past 2 weeks due to stock. sill they didn't confirm the stock.
please advise to solve this issue. i have enclosed the communication detail below for your reverence

HI afzal.
As you will no doubt remember I recently brought a new HP laser-jet 400 color M451nw from one of your local dealers. Since cartridge its not available with your dealers and distributors, and is integral to my business. I have been given assurances from your customer care that the cartridge stock status will be known couple of days or next weekend, this is not good enough and I am losing money because of this delay. As such I feel that an earlier is required, and will phone tomorrow to confirm an earlier slot.
