Dear Customer Care,

I regret to inform you that I recently had a negative experience with HP Customer Support in regards logged a complaint on 4 December & the case ID CA0878480 (S.No.-3CQ9331JQF). After complaint logged the hp engineer diagnosed and confirm i.e., the 23" tft has problem and it should be replace with new tft. After that we follow up regularly as i was not getting sensible answers just got the answer only that thay had already forward the complaint towards the service centre.

when we contact at service center never find any good respose from the center regarding the logged case Id and neither find what was happening? As since then TFT has not been received and without TFT the system is no mean for us, using as show piece.

Now my client (Proff. N J RAJU-Mobile no. 9910629336) had very annoyed with us and wants registered a file case against HP just because of your most valuable & good services.

In all the years I've ever dealt with technical customer service, I would have to say that HP is the worst!

Despite repeated reminders, I have not had any response from the HP. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

At this time, I am very displeased and unsatisfied with HP Support. Though I am upset, I hope we can work together to change that.
