Dear Sir,
My name is Vibhu Saini. I purchased a HP PAVILION NOTEBOOK dv4-1502TU (whose Serial number is CND94844BP) on 14/01/10 from Computer Land 51-52, Gedore House, Nehru Place New Delhi. At that time two offers are available with this Laptop.(1. Tata Photon Nett Dongle, 2. Vidieocon LCD TV of 22")
I go for 22" LCD TV.
I read all terms and conditions and follow them. I got Redemption Code (3EJWMRBORO) on 19/01/10. I'll send Demand Draft of Rupees 9000/-(DD NUMBER-497167, Branch- Model Town PANIPAT, HARYANA. 21/01/10.) and all other necessary documents on 23/01/10 through DTDC Courier sevice, and is accepted by Redemption Cell on 28/01/10.
According to Terms and Conditions I should get my LCD TV till 28/03/10. But I did not receive it till now (28/04/10).
I also send complaint to Redemption Cell whose Ticket ID: MAZ-861244, but which is also of no use.
I called many times on 01141306700 (HP Redemption Cell) But always there is a message by computer that our all employees are busy please wait, it is continue for 15 min. and of no response.
