I was terminated for reasons for asking my hard earned incentive, i have been working from the last 11 months in thier lucknow office and was transferred to their Noida office, i havent collected my incentives since i joined and when i asked about it, every time i used to get some reason that Accounts is processing, HR Is compiling the sheet, but today when i approached the owner Gattani Chootiya for the money and sent him an email, he tells my manager to terminate me and they havent even paid me last 1 months Salary.
Its a Third class company wtih a bunch of frauds, dont even pay thier staff, even the Pune in the office abused Accounts and so called HR for not paying him in front of the whole staff, blaeady bunch of shameless bastards, the securtiy gaurd is called whenever someone asks for Salary so that other people dont listen to it. Gattani Chootiya sitting in US thinks Indian employees shoudl work like slaves and for free.
