my system has undergone software format. iam a tally 7.2 version serial no. 742243113 key no. T9SWDBB5T. I HAVE MAILED TALLY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FOR SUPPORT OF SOFTWARE, but they are telling my software has upgraded to tally erp 9. version. but i have never made a request, simply to collect funds they are telling. i have never expected a big giant in bussiness software solutions company doing these kind of cheap tricks. i have mailed 2 -3 times.but they are replying the same as erp 9.0 version. do the needfull in this matter sir.
